Terms of Service

1. Overview

TopSheets ("we," "us") sells digital spreadsheet templates for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, delivered by email. By purchasing from this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Delivery

Templates are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a minute of payment. If your delivery email doesn't arrive, contact hello@topsheets.com and we will resend it.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for one household. You may:

• Make copies of the template for your own use on your own devices;
• Share your working copy with members of your household.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or claim authorship of any template, in original or modified form.

4. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds are not generally provided. If a template is defective, materially not as described, or you experience a delivery problem we cannot resolve, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund at our reasonable discretion. Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.

5. Updates

We may improve templates over time. Updates to a template you purchased are provided free of charge via email. We are not obligated to provide updates on any schedule.

6. Third-party services

Templates require either Google Sheets (with a free Google account, provided by Google under their own terms) or Microsoft Excel. They are not compatible with LibreOffice, OpenOffice, or other spreadsheet software. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Templates are provided "as is" for personal organization purposes and do not constitute financial, nutritional, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
