1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver templates:

• Email address and name — collected by Stripe at checkout, used to deliver your purchase and provide support;
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number;
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

2. What we don't do

• We don't run advertising trackers or sell your data — to anyone, ever;
• We don't store your payment information;
• We don't add you to a marketing list without your consent.

3. How your data is used

Your email address is used to send your purchased template and its access guide, occasional free updates to templates you own, and replies to support requests you initiate.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes your data only as needed to provide their service, under their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and to honor lifetime updates. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — email us and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of them, email hello@topsheets.com.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
