Right after checkout, we send your template to the email address you used to pay. It usually arrives within a minute. The email contains a button that opens your template, plus an attached PDF access guide with the same link. If it hasn't arrived in a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Open the link from your delivery email while signed into your Google account, then choose File → Make a copy. That saves a private copy to your own Google Drive — that copy is yours to edit and keep forever. If you see a "Make a copy" prompt right away, even easier: just click it.

Yes. Every template is built to work in both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Your delivery email includes the Google Sheets link, and the attached access guide walks you through using it in Excel if that's your preference. If you hit any snag in Excel, reply to that email and we'll sort it out.

Because templates are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," all sales are final. That said, we want you happy: if something is broken, unclear, or not as described, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — with a fix, a swap for another template, or a refund where it's fair. First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders — automated emails occasionally land there. Also double-check the email address you used at checkout. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email hello@topsheets.com with the name used at checkout and we'll resend your template right away.

Every template comes in three palettes — Neutral, Pastel, and Slate. Choose your colour on the template's page before checking out, and that's the version we send. Changed your mind afterwards? Reply to your delivery email and we'll send another shade at no charge.

Yes — updates are free, forever. When we improve a template, we email everyone who purchased it with a link to the new version.

Each purchase is a single-household license. Share your copy with your family, absolutely — but please don't redistribute, resell, or post the template publicly. Small shop, honor system, thank you.
